Went in today for cleaning and ended up having to get some work done due to not going in a while. I was very anxious about the treatment and they were so helpful, patient and alleviated any concerns and fears I had. They also ran through financial costs with me before undergoing treatment and were very transparent. Would definitely recommend if you’re looking for a dentist in San Diego.

If you live in San Diego and need a dental cleaning Jillian Redd, RDH, BA is the absolute best there is! I needed a deep cleaning done and I get extremely nervous around needles and dental work. Jillian was so kind and so patient and walked me through every step of the process from applying the numbing solutions to each phase of the cleaning, talking and assuaging my fears as she worked. She never lost patience with me and encouraged me to speak up if I was in pain and also gave me advanced warning before anything even remotely uncomfortable might be coming up next. I came into the office for my cleaning super nervous and I left today with a renewed confidence and a fresh smile! I cannot overstate what a kind, caring and consummate professional Jillian is and if you’re on the market for a cleaning look no further than Dentists of Mission Valley!

I just had my first cleaning with dental hygienist Jillian, and I am not exaggerating when I say this was the best cleaning I’ve had in years! I have a lot of recession spots and exposed gums from when I had braces as a kid, and I always suffer getting my teeth cleaned. Jillian was so so gentle and attentive and barely hit any tough spots. Truly so good at what she does! She also used the water/spit suction often, so I wasn’t drowning in my own spit- as I often feel I am at the dentist. She was so knowledgable and kind. It’s such a relief knowing I don’t have to suffer every six months anymore! Give this woman a raise!
